Occupy Huntsville is a group of citizens who have gathered together to promote the principles of economic fairness and government by and for the People. We stand in solidarity with the Occupy Wall Street Movement and the Occupations taking place across the country. We practice direct democracy and non-violence as we seek to help inform, educate, and support the 99% in Huntsville and across the country.

Do you love trees? This group is dedicated to preserving the beautiful woodlands of the metro Atlanta area and the mountains of North Georgia. Unfortunately, invasive vines are destroying many of our trees. We meet at a different location every other Saturday and clear kudzu an/or wisteria from a patch of trees.
